- 3rd place and 4th place at Just Plain Folks Awards
OK... they seated us right next to the bar, so the whole thing's a little hazy, but I DO remember this much: Creatures of Habit came in 4th (behind Janis Ian and others) for best "New Folk" album of the year, and "I Know You" came in 3rd (also behind Janis) for "New Folk" song of the year!

Cheryl Wheeler had the flu and cancelled, but Mitch Barrett filled in and was wonderful!
